A great classic of our establishment, the mendiant, revisited in bar form. This bar is studded with exceptional dried fruits: chopped Faro almonds, Piedmont hazelnuts, and Iranian pistachios. The orange peel confers a hint of bitterness that perfectly balances the sweetness of the dried fruits and the intensity of the dark chocolate.
