Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted except in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged
  • Product received incorrect
  • Validated exceptional cases approved by management

2. Reporting a damaged or incorrect product

To be eligible for review:

  • The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery
  • Photo evidence is mandatory
  • Acceptable issues include:Crushed boxesIncorrect items deliveredDamage clearly caused during delivery

Maison Pierre Marcolini LLC reserves the right to reject claims without immediate photographic proof.

3. Evaluation & Fraud Prevention

All claims undergo management review. We reserve the right to refuse claims involving:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated abuse
  • Misuse of the policy

4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
  • No cash refunds.
  • No store credit unless explicitly approved.
  • Customer must return the item physically to the boutique.

5. Delivery Issues

Orders are delivered by an external partner.

If the customer does not respond or cannot be reached:

  • Delivery partner returns the order to the boutique.
  • Product is stored maximum 24 hours.
  • Then disposed of with no refund, due to safety and perishability.

6. Pickup Orders

Pickup orders not collected within 24 hours will be disposed of with no refund.

7. Heat Sensitivity Disclaimer

Chocolate is extremely sensitive to heat.
Maison Pierre Marcolini LLC is not responsible for products damaged due to:

  • heat exposure after delivery,
  • incorrect storage by the customer
  • failure to follow care instructions.

8. Right to Refuse Service

  • Refuse service,
  • Block customers, at its sole discretion.
