These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of the website www.marcolini.ae and any related services provided by Maison Pierre Marcolini LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or block access at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or policy
violations.

We sell exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. Our delivery partner provides chilled Same Day delivery within Dubai city limits only. Chilled Next Day delivery is available with the cut-off times defined by our delivery partner, and delivery availability and conditions may vary by emirate.

By placing an order, you confirm that you provide accurate and complete information.

Our products are perishable goods, sensitive to heat and handling.
We take great care in production and packaging, but natural variations may occur. Chocolate must be stored below 18°C at all times.

Maison Pierre Marcolini LLC will not be responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, improper storage, or exposure to heat after delivery.

All prices are listed in AED and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances. *

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• payment issues
• incorrect information provided
• stock unavailability
• operational constraints
• suspicion of misuse or fraud.

If cancelled by us, you will receive a refund to the original payment method only.

Orders are delivered by an external delivery partner appointed by Maison Pierre Marcolini LLC. Deliveries are made within reasonable timeframes depending on:

• product availability
• traffic conditions
• refrigeration requirements ensuring temperature-controlled transport.

Service levels and cut-off times are defined by our delivery partner. Chilled Same Day delivery is available within Dubai city limits only (cut-off 12:00 PM), and chilled Next Day delivery has a cut-off at 4:00 PM.

Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the delivery recipient at the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• failure of the customer to respond,
• incorrect delivery information
• inaccessible locations
• missed delivery attempts.

If the customer cannot be reached or the delivery cannot be completed after the delivery partner’s attempts, the order may be returned. Perishable items cannot be re-delivered once returned and may be disposed of. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

For orders placed for in-store pickup:

• Products must be collected within 24 hours.
• After 24 hours, they will be disposed of with no refund.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No cancellations, no changes, and no returns except in the exceptional cases described in our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on the website (logos, photos, designs, text, recipes, product names) is the exclusive property of Pierre Marcolini and may not be used without permission.

We do not store customer data outside Shopify except as required to process orders (e.g., delivery partner information).
