Plantation located in the north-west of the island of Madagascar, in the region of Ambanja. The Bejofo farm is a family operation that is part of a cocoa estate created in 1920. The plantation is a beautiful example of agroforestry, with integrated crops that include ylang-ylang, coffee trees, pepper plants, etc. This helps protect natural ecosystems and produce a fragrant chocolate full of character. This bar reveals fruity, tangy, and fresh notes with a depth of flavour from start to finish.
