Traditionally roasted almonds, flaked then coated in the Maison's dark chocolate using beans from Ecuador and São Tomé These highest quality almonds are low in fat and renowned for their delicate flavour and crunchy texture.
Artisans working on our Atelier handle the roasting process for the almonds on site, which gives the almonds a subtle hint of coffee.
Made with dark chocolate of at least 76% cocoa.
