Instead of the traditional vanilla ice cream and coffee, guests were invited to discover a refined composition featuring a generous quenelle of Pierre Marcolini chocolate ice cream, delicately covered with hot Pierre Marcolini chocolate. The experience was elevated with a subtle touch of cardamom, adding warmth and aromatic depth to this bold creation.
