From December 17 to 18, Maison Pierre Marcolini had the privilege of welcoming its Founder, Pierre Marcolini, as Guest of Honour at the Salon du Chocolat Riyadh.
Throughout the event, Pierre Marcolini shared his vision of fine chocolate-making through a series of masterclasses and talks, offering visitors an in-depth immersion into the world of bean-to-bar chocolate. He highlighted the essential role of cocoa growers, the importance of sourcing exceptional beans, and the impact of craftsmanship at every stage of the process — from the plantation to the boutique.
During his masterclass, Pierre Marcolini guided the audience through the full chocolate-making journey, explaining how quality, precision, and respect for raw ingredients shape the final tasting experience. He also took part in several panel discussions, sharing his expertise and passion with professionals and chocolate lovers alike.
As part of the event, Pierre Marcolini also served as a jury member, supporting and encouraging emerging talent while reinforcing the values of excellence and transmission that define the Maison.
