In July 2025, Pierre Marcolini unveiled the new design of its flagship boutique at Mall of the Emirates, offering Dubai’s chocolate lovers a more immersive and refined experience.

The new space features a dedicated Bakery counter, an elegant addition that allows guests to discover freshly made creations alongside the brand’s iconic pralines, truffles, and macarons. The interior has been fully beautified with warmer tones, sleek copper finishes, and luminous displays, creating a boutique that feels both intimate and luxurious.
Beyond aesthetics, the café menu has been entirely reimagined to reflect local tastes and habits. Guests can now enjoy refined savoury options, freshly prepared desserts, and signature beverages — a perfect match for moments of indulgence throughout the day.
